Could not open a file descriptor to the Signaling Library
The custom server was unable to connect to the signaling library. This will generate fatal error ISDN_XFER001.
Restart Blueworx Voice Response. If this does not clear the problem,
take an AIX system trace while re-creating the problem. Specify the -d command line parameter for the custom server. Then call Blueworx Support.
