Failed to send channel event
A call to CA_Report_Channel_Event() failed when the ISDN_Call_Transfer custom server tried to report that the outbound party of the a transfer had terminated. This error may indicate the presence of a race condition.
If the problem persists, take an AIX system trace while re-creating the problem. Specify the -d command line parameter for the custom server. Then call Blueworx Support.
