An internal message could not be received, which probably means that one of the internal message queues is not functioning correctly.

Restart the ISDN_Call_Transfer custom server.

If the problem persists, take an AIX system trace while re-creating the problem. Specify the -d command line parameter for the custom server. Then call Blueworx Support.
