System call fork() failed

A process could not recreate another instance of itself using the fork() system call. The system may not function correctly. The most likely reason for the failure is a lack of system resources.

Check that the Blueworx Voice Response account does not own too many processes. There is a system wide limit called "Maximum number of user processes" (or MAXUPROCS) which controls this. You may want to increase this value using the SMIT tool after checking that there are no unexpected processes (for example, custom servers under test) currently running. Check also that system memory is not constrained and that any paging devices are not fully used.
