If the file was not already open, DMS return code -9 is generated. You can ignore this error message because it does not affect the migration process. If there are no other errors, start Blueworx Voice Response. If there are other errors, check in Table 1 for a description of the Blueworx Voice Response database return codes. If the return code is not listed, contact Blueworx Support.
