CallPath call STLPIND (MWI) - program problem

STLPIND failed for one of the following reasons:

The CallPath return code and the parameters passed to and from the call are printed in the error.

The STLPIND call is used to set or reset an MWI indicator on a phone.

If this problem occurs frequently, make sure that the CallPath Server configuration is suitable for your setup. For guidance on how to estimate application program requirements, see the : CallPath Server Planning, Installation and Problem Determination Guide.

Make sure that the number of concurrent users in your CallPath configuration is set to at least the number of Blueworx Voice Response channels you are using and more if you have other applications using CallPath.

Check that the length of the number you are setting the MWI for does not exceed that allowed for your switch.

Note that STLPIND can be issued either automatically when a Blueworx Voice Response mailbox is updated, or by the Set_MWI custom server call.

For more information see the entry for STLPIND in the CallPath reference guide for your switch.
