CallPath call STLDISC (Disconnect) failed - program problem

STLDISC failed for one of the following reasons:

The CallPath return code and the parameters passed to and from the call are printed in the error.

STLDISC drops a transfer request when the transfer has timed out.

If this problem occurs frequently, make sure that the CallPath Server configuration is suitable for your setup. For guidance on how to estimate application program requirements, see the : CallPath Server Planning, Installation and Problem Determination Guide.

Make sure that the number of concurrent users in your CallPath configuration is set to at least the number of Blueworx Voice Response channels you are using and more if you have other applications using CallPath.
