Failed to refresh monitors from Monitor task

The custom server failed to refresh the state of a channel monitor with the CallPath Server.

Check that the CallPath server link is functioning. Check for white errors relating to CallPath STLMON calls. Use the information in these errors to determine the cause of the error. If you can’t determine the cause of the error, take a trace and contact IBM Support.
