Determining what level of software is installed

Use the AIX command lslpp to find out what versions of the software and telephony hardware microcode are installed on your Blueworx Voice Response system. If you call Blueworx Support, the support representative will ask you for this information.

You can determine the level of software you have installed by using the lslpp command. For example, to see what Blueworx Voice Response filesets are installed, login to AIX as root, type the following command, then press Enter:

lslpp -l "dirTalk*"

The installed Blueworx Voice Response filesets are displayed.
