Remove the existing packages (D7 and D7 Enablement). If you are
updating the Blueworx Voice Response base product, you should make a backup of the following
directories:
- /usr/lpp/dirTalk/db/current_dir/ca/SS7_D7_cfg/*
- /usr/lpp/dirTalk/db/current_dir/ca/D7WVRErrorReport/*
After completing the upgrade of the
Blueworx Voice Response base product, check that the
above directories are still present. If they are not, recover them from the
backup. Install the upgrade packages as outlined in
Installing SS7 Support for Blueworx Voice Response.
