StoppingBlueworx Voice Response

Use this procedure to shut down Blueworx Voice Response:

  1. Start: At Welcome window, select Operations.
  2. Stopping the system immediately: To hang up on any callers, click Immediate Shutdown.

    The system requests confirmation and informs you if anyone else is currently using the Blueworx Voice Response windows.

  3. Click OK.

    The system shuts down all windows, cleans up the database, and stops all foreground and background processes.

  4. Quiescing the system:To wait for all telephone calls to finish, click Quiesce Shutdown.

    The system requests confirmation and informs you if anyone else is currently using the Blueworx Voice Response windows.

  5. Click OK.

    The system waits for calls to finish, then shuts down all windows, cleans up the database, and stops all foreground and background processes.

Watch the Blueworx Voice Response Status window and wait until you see the message “Node Manager terminating” before attempting to restart the system.
