Reports, logs, archives, and statistics

Blueworx Voice Response can accumulate statistical data about its activities, while it is answering the telephone and serving callers. Using this data, you can determine how callers are using the system and highlight possible problem areas in your system design.

The statistical data can be managed, printed, and viewed online using the Statistics window (click Operations —> Statistics from the Welcome window), and it can be managed and printed using line commands. The line commands can be scheduled to run at regular intervals.

The statistical data is stored in the DB2 database on the system on which the data is collected; even in a single system image, data about a client is stored on the client.
