Activating a pack and all its channels

1. From the status pop-up menu for the required pack, click Enable.

   The system changes the trunk status to In Service. The status of the channels remains out of service (white background in Channels box).

2. Click Channels In Service.

   The system alters the status of all channels to idle (blue background in Channels box).

All channels are now able to process calls.
