Preparing to remove a pack from the system

  1. To deactivate an Inservice trunk on which there are active channels, click Quiesce.

    The system alters the trunk operating status to Quiescing. When all the channels are quiesced, Blueworx Voice Response changes the trunk operating status to Available.

  2. To deactivate an Inservice trunk on which there are no active channels, click Disable.

    The system alters the trunk operating status to Available.

  3. Click Remove.

    The system alters the trunk operating status to Defined.

You can now physically remove the pack from the system.
