Blueworx Voice Response monitors both hardware and software operations. It tracks and records conditions that require your intervention and situations that the system can handle independently. These alarm conditions include Blueworx Voice Response internal errors and AIX errors. Depending on how severe the problem is, the alarm may be classified as a red alarm, a yellow alarm, or a white alarm; a green alarm indicates that a red or yellow alarm has been cleared.
