What do you need to send to Blueworx Support to get problems resolved?

It makes it much easier to help you with problems if you give us precise information, for example:

• The version number of WebSphere Voice Response Java and VoiceXML Environment (use the dtjver command to get this)
• The exact command you issued
• The exact message you saw (DTJnnnn)
• The exact exception condition
• What the CLASSPATH is set to
• The operating system where you are running the application
• The operating system where the base Blueworx Voice Response system is running

It can also be useful if you send:

• A copy of your default.cff file
• vrbeProblem output

Providing a simple test case for the problem will aid problem determination greatly.
