Secondary keywords

GlobalContext
The global prefix of a location. For example, a node situated in New Mexico in the USA could have GlobalContext=+1505, or a node situated in Winchester in the UK could have GlobalContext=+441962. Note the use of the "+", which indicates that the number is an international number starting with the country code of the location.
LocalContext
A local prefix of a location. For example a node situated in New Mexico in the USA could have LocalContext=505, or a node situated in Winchester in the UK could have LocalContext=1962. Note that the LocalContext is not an absolute definition of a location, it is relative to an assumed and undefined sub-area of a network. For example LocalContext=505 defines a location in any sub-area of a network where a local access code can be followed by a string of digits starting with 505 in order to reach the node.
InternationalAccess
The digits that need to be dialed from the node in order to make an international telephone call. For example for a Voice Response node that is connected directly to the public telephone network you might have InternationalAccess=011 for a node in the USA, or InternationalAccess=00 for a node in the UK.
