Updates the library so that Blueworx Voice Response uses
the version of ECMAScript specified in the command. To
prevent possible errors on restarting VRBE, the contents of the VoiceXML
cache or caches defined by the wvr.vxml2.cachedir property
or by default, /var/dirTalk/DTBE/native/aix/VXML2Cache,
are deleted to remove cached serialized scripts.version can
