This procedure begins the migration process. The migration instructions provided in this information refer only to migration from Blueworx Voice Response Version 4.2. If you are upgrading to Version 6.1 from any earlier release, please contact your Blueworx representative for advice. Blueworx Voice Response Version 4.2 must be at fix level 4.2.0.499 or higher prior to migrating to Blueworx Voice Response Version 6.1.
If Blueworx Voice Response Version 4.2 is at fix level 4.2.0.550 or higher, an additional step is required to ensure that the system parameter database is updated to support Blueworx Voice Response Version 6.1. This step (9) is included in the procedure section linked below.
