Planning the telephony environment

Blueworx Voice Response can work with a variety of different types of connection to the telephone network. These connections provide different capabilities, which in turn affect the types of application you can provide when using Blueworx Voice Response. Similarly, telephony regulations and public networks vary from country to country. This section provides much of the information that you need to plan your configuration.

You should also check, however, with your Blueworx representative, who has more information about switch-specific and country-specific1 variations of the connection facilities that Blueworx Voice Response provides.
