Blueworx Voice Response provides voice mail capabilities, ranging from those of a simple answering machine, to full integration with other voice processing functions. You can use IBM's fully-functional voice mail application (see Voice messaging) to provide advanced answering machine and call handling services for all your employee. Alternatively you can write voice mail functions into any of your own applications—for example, your automated attendant can include an option for leaving a voice message.
