In the VoiceXML document you can specify either the names of prerecorded audio files or the text that is to be converted into speech by speech synthesis, or text to speech. The example shown plays an audio file, hello.wav, to prompt the caller to make a selection, then it selects another audio file to play, according to the caller’s choice.
