When the fax custom server starts up it needs to access ODM to find parameters with which to configure itself. It has failed to read this data and since the fax custom server cannot function without configuration data, it is automatically shut down.
Back up the error log. Try restarting the computer. If the problem persists, send the error log to Blueworx Software Support.
