The extension on the supplied file name does not match the allowable values. (The file name extension is the last four characters of the file name. The first character of the extension must be a dot (.). The remaining three characters must be 'txt' or 'tif'. If a PCX to TIFF conversion utility has been set in the ODM using the BFIT tool then a file extension of .pcx is also permitted).
Ensure that files to be faxed have file name extensions which belong to the allowable values.
