Managing application objects efficiently

All application objects in the Blueworx Voice Response system must be in one and only one application.

The application provides you with:

• A place to keep:
  • All the objects required for a voice response service
  • All the objects shared by multiple voice response services
  • Other objects that are not currently in use, or are under development

  This enables you to:

  • Find objects easily
  • Open objects for browsing or editing
  • Delete objects from the system
• A checklist for:
  • Listing the dependencies (other objects used by the objects in the application)
  • Exporting all objects required for a voice response service
  • Validating that all objects are present on a system (for example, before exporting or after importing an application package)
  • Importing the application package

You can move objects into and out of an application.

You can copy objects, with the restriction that you must provide a new name for the copied object, whether or not it has been copied to a different application.
