RECORD_CHANNEL_START_RTN_ST
- echo_cancel_state
- Specifies the actual state of echo cancellation requested on the channel
after the CA_Start_Record_Channel() has been issued. The returned
values are RECORDSTART_ECHO_CANCEL_STATE_OFF or RECORDSTART_ECHO_CANCEL_STATE_ON.
Echo cancellation may not be usable if the state table did not request it.
