Selecting yes will enable B-channel service messages to be supported for
certain ISDN protocols and switches. B-channel service messages allow individual
channels to be taken in and out of service.
This will affect Nortel DMS 10, DMS 250 and Avaya 5E12 switches.
Note: TR41449/TR41459 always use B-channel service messages regardless
of this parameter.
