The Enabled value specifies
that the Java and VoiceXML environment must be initialized before
Voice Response enables channels to start taking calls. If this parameter
is disabled, channels are enabled without waiting for the Java and
VoiceXML environment to initialize.
Note: This parameter is relevant
only if Start Java and VoiceXML Environment Automatically is
set to yes.
