For SMSI, SMDI, VMS, or ACL, specify the device definition of the serial port on the pSeries computer to which the exchange data link is connected. Specify the device name as configured in SMIT. This is usually /dev/ttyn or an SMSI or VMS exchange data link or /dev/mpqn for an ACL exchange data link, where n is the number of the port used to create the physical exchange data link connection.
For a CallPath_SigProc link, specify the server name or Internet Protocol (IP) address of the CallPath Server system. The exact format depends on how your CallPath Server systems are set up.
