Specifies the minimum amount of make time required for Blueworx Voice Response to detect a received dial pulse. Whether the signaling pattern is recognized and interpreted as a dial pulse is determined by the value of this parameter and the values of DP Receive Maximum Make, DP Receive Minimum Break, and DP Receive Maximum Break.
