Specifies the minimum amount of break time required for Blueworx Voice Response to detect a received dial pulse. Whether the signaling pattern is recognized and interpreted as a dial pulse is determined by the value of this parameter and the values of DP Receive Maximum Break, DP Receive Minimum Make, and DP Receive Maximum Make.
