The parameters in this group define the operation of the CPU monitor.
The monitor uses the percentage of CPU idle time to determine the load on the system. When the CPU is idle only for very short times, the system is heavily loaded and running very slowly. These parameters must be defined once.
To make new parameter values effective, restart Blueworx Voice Response.
