Call progress tones parameter group


The parameters in this group define the characteristics of each tone (dial tone, busy tone, and so on). These tones are used when making an outgoing call, or transferring a call, to provide feedback about the status of the call to the state table.

Several predefined templates are available. Select the correct template for your country or region and switch, and copy it to one of the numbered tone groups. Then specify that tone group in the Tone Group parameter in the Channel Group parameter group. If you need to change the tone definitions, make the changes in the numbered tone group. The call progress tone parameters must be defined once for each tone that is provided by the switch.

To make new parameter values effective, disable then enable the packs.
