The virtual telephone contains a softkey definer table that can hold the definitions of 32 softkeys. The data is stored in the table by the voice response system, either when an SDC function is run, or when an FDM script is downloaded.
At any one time, up to six softkeys can be made available for display on the real telephone. ADSI actions enable the application to select key definitions from the table and to copy them to an area of memory from which they are displayed.
