The status display page

The status display page is an area that contains 16 lines of data, 40 characters wide, and its content is what the user can see on the real display. ADSI action statements enable specific overlays to be copied to this page from the predefined display table when they are required.

The status display page is handled as a single logical section, and the user can scroll up and down the 16 lines of data.

The data in the FDM virtual displays is handled as two 20-character columns, or as one column of 40 characters, in exactly the same way as the SDC virtual displays are (see SDC virtual displays).

Note: The status display page is sometimes referred to as the clipboard.
