Queries the ADSI telephone for its configuration.

The telephone configuration information is passed back as five DTMF tone pairs:

The first and second tone pairs contain the number of characters in the display width.
The third and fourth tone pairs contain the number of displayable lines on the screen.
The fifth tone pair contains the number of softkeys available.

To retrieve this data, you can use the ADSI_Get_HEX state table.
